  • What is your pet policy?
    • We allow cats, and small, friendly dogs if enough space in the unit permits them. All dogs must have pet insurance with the property owner named as additional insured. Please note that our insurance company does not cover aggressive breeds of dogs (i.e. pitbulls, german shepherds, boxers, etc.).
  • I don’t meet the minimum income requirement. Can I use a co-signer?
    • If your household does not make 2.5x the rent obligation, you may use a co-signer.
  • Do you accept Section-8?
    • Yes. The landlord will consider all applications.
